The predecessor firm was a very early participant among engineering firms utilizing computers for engineering analysis and design. Our work was sufficiently noteworthy for IBM to feature our computer application achievements in an article published in a 1971 house publication.

Atlantic Height Bridge We make extensive use of programs that have been written in-house to speed delivery of work to clients, to optimize installation and other designs, and to permit a high order of accuracy in performing critical work. Programs are used for tower crane and hoist bracing, guying and footing design; wind load analysis including gusting and dynamic response; latticed and telescopic boom stress analysis and mobile crane siting. Packaged programs are also used extensively.
